Rizk – No bullshit!

Rizk Casino India is another of my favorite casinos and a great destination if you are interested in playing Mega Moolah frequently. They have an unique loyalty program that awards you for every spin! They don’t have a Mega Moolah winner yet, which in my opinion is good, I mean how likely is it to have two Mega Moolah casino winners at the same place?

To help you decide if you want to play Mega Moolah at Rizk I made a Rizk India Review. Let start with the casino’s origin, Rizk was the first online casino launched by GiG – Gaming Innovation Group and is still to this day, the most successful casino launched and their flagship. Is Rizk safe to play at?

Yes, Rizk Casino is safe to play at and a casino to be trusted. Firstly they have licenses in both Malta and the UK which means that they have been accepted as a responsible casino by two different european government bodies.

Can I use the bonus for Mega Moolah?

Yes, you are completely free to play Rizk Mega Moolah with your bonus! There are some other requirements though, like wagering requirements. This is what makes it possible for the casinos to give us players free real money. A wagering requirement is the amount of times you have to bet said free real money to be able to withdraw it.

The wager requirement for the welcome bonus is 40 times the bonus. Say I use the maximum bonus and deposit ₹10 000 and get ₹10 000, then I have to wager my bonus 40 times: 10 000×40= 400 000

Bonus Terms & Conditions

Like with all welcome bonuses there are some general conditions. Here is where one of their slogans “no bullshit” really shows. All the conditions are fair and easy to understand.

A minimum of ₹1 000 and a maximum of ₹10 000 is required to be able to claim the welcome bonus. A small warning though, make sure that you get your bonus before starting to play. In their conditions they write that there is a small chance that your bonus does not appear automatically.

No worries. They can easily credit you the bonus if you contact customer support, but only if you have not started playing with your original deposit. So double check! It may take up to 5 minutes for the bonus to arrive.

Wager Contribution

While on the subject of slots, you will want to stick to slots when playing your bonus. Why? Well, different games contribute differently to the wager requirements:

Deposit and withdrawals

Fast and easy transactions is something Rizk values. Something I value as well, I don’t want to wait for my deposits or withdrawals. That is why I like Rizk, there is little to no waiting at all.

Deposits

At Rizk you can choose from four different providers to deposit money. Visa and Mastercard which are your regular card providers and Neteller and Skrill which are two great E-wallets.

All deposits are instant and the minimum deposit is ₹1 000 and maximum ₹500 000.

Withdrawals

Payment providers available for withdrawals are the same as with deposits except you can choose bank wire as well.

Worth noting is that with Mastercard, Visa and bank wire the processing time is 1-3 banking days. Where as the E-wallets Neteller and Skrill are instant. So if you need your withdrawals fast, it is better to use e-wallets.

The minimum withdrawal is ₹2 000 and the maximum withdrawal is ₹500 000. Except with bank wire where the maximum withdrawal is ₹5 000 000. If you cannot find the file download it again.

A warning might come up that the app is from unknown developers, but dont worry it is 100% safe. You might have to change your settings as well to allow it by going to: settings->security-> allow installation from unknown source. Once again do not worry, the app is made by Rizk so it is 100% safe.

Once the Rizk app is installed, you are ready to enjoy all the entertainment from the palm of your hand!

Even though it is quite easy to install, it is still kind of annoying. Luckily this is the only bad thing about the app.

Customer support

The Rizk customer support is available 24/7/365. That means whenever you encounter a problem you can get help no matter at what time or day it is. This is extremely important for me. For example if I have a streak of good luck and something stops working, I want help straight away so I can continue my streak. At Rizk India this is not a problem, you can easily open a chat window at the casino whenever you are playing.

The customer support is available through both chat and e-mail. As of right now the customer support is only available in english.

When I was writing this review the FAQ page was not working but it seemed like a temporary bugg that they will fix.
